As the President and Founder of Convicted Ministries, Steve is ultimately responsible for the overall vision of the organization.  Gaining valuable experience through the trials and opportunities in his life he has ears and eyes that are open, not only to the world around him, but more importantly, to the soft still voice of God. 

True leadership comes not only from within, but also from above.  With the unwavering support of a talented and committed group of Officers, Board Members, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Steve continually makes a difference in the world around him.
